Shipping is free across North-America for the boards and for the accessories when purchased with a board. A small shipping fee is applied to accessories when not purchased with a board. Shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse.

Returns
Products must be in their original packaging within 30 days, pending product inspection before we can offer a full refund. See more

Warranty
Our boards are covered by a 2-year warranty. Accessories that come with the board (fins, leash, manual pump, paddle) are covered by a 90-day warranty, and all other accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered. Warranty period starts from the date of shipping. See more

Brilliant board
I cannot recommend this board enough. I absolutely love it. From the easy and simple setup to the craft of the board is superior to anything else I've tried !!! I am purchasing another one for my daughter as well. Theres nothing better than the feeling of being out on the open water with my maddle !! Save yourself time on buying yourself anything else. purchase yourself a maddle. You will not be disappointed:)

I received a different model board than I ordered but other than that, I like the board make and the stability. Its comfortable and easy to control. The finish does scratch so make sure you protect it from dragging on rough rocky surfaces.
