Shipping is free across North-America for the boards and for the accessories when purchased with a board. A small shipping fee is applied to accessories when not purchased with a board. Shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse.

Returns
Products must be in their original packaging within 30 days, pending product inspection before we can offer a full refund. See more

Warranty
Our boards are covered by a 2-year warranty. Accessories that come with the board (fins, leash, manual pump, paddle) are covered by a 90-day warranty, and all other accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered. Warranty period starts from the date of shipping. See more

2nd Maddle for our family
I bought my first board in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. I am a front-line health care worker and I would take my son who was 6 at the time. It became a therapeutic outlet during a very difficult time. Fast forward to 2025; we are paddling more than ever! my son is bigger than me and in love with paddle boarding too, so it was time to make an addition to our fleet!! I am grateful for all the experiences our Maddle’s have given us. The boards have been a gift. Ps. Love that this is a Canadian company!!
