Shipping is free across North-America for the boards and for the accessories when purchased with a board. A small shipping fee is applied to accessories when not purchased with a board. Shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse.

I had an amazing experience using Maddle chat to replace my friend's fin that I lost. Luiza was so helpful. I didn't know the name or model of the board and with the little information I had, she managed to find the correct one, create a link so I could pay, and not charge my friend as I asked, since it was my mistake I wanted to pay. Everything was done on my phone. It was so fast that I had ordered and paid the fin before I got home from my trip (less than 30min ride).
