Shipping is free across North-America for the boards and for the accessories when purchased with a board. A small shipping fee is applied to accessories when not purchased with a board. Shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse.

Returns
Products must be in their original packaging within 30 days, pending product inspection before we can offer a full refund. See more

Warranty
Our boards are covered by a 2 year warranty. Accessories that come with the board (fins, leash, manual pump, paddle) are covered by a 90-day warranty, and all other accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered. Warranty period starts from the date of shipping. See more

So far no issues
I feel the quality of the build of the accessories have changed in the past several years, but the company seems very keen to make sure they follow through on warranty issues. I hope I don’t have any issues with this bag, but I do trust that Maddle will make it right if there is any issues. Looking forward to another paddling season!

It has been too cold to get out on the water yet - but I pulled it all out to habe a look at it. Then carried it around my house in the backpack case. It looks beautiful and durable and I can't wait to live on it this Summer!
Great board!
I ordered my Barbie board almost a year ago. I’ve used it probably about ten times now in the ocean and i’ve never had any real issues with it. I had a valve issue, I couldn’t get it to stay down but they were really helpful and they sent a replacement super quick and it was a really easy repair. I love my board and I always recommend it to anyone who asks me about my board!
